3. When measuring the working case temperature of the thyristor module, the test point should be the surface of the radiator close to the core of the module bottom plate. A deep hole can be made transversely below the surface of the radiator to the core of the radiator, and the thermocouple probe is inserted into the bottom of the hole. It is required that the temperature of the test point should be ≤80℃.

4. The main electrode of the small-sized thyristor module is fastened without screws, and it is easy to be lifted and broken. Therefore, during the wiring process, be sure to pay attention to the external force on the surface or the gravity of the cable to pull the electrode up and break it.

5. The thyristor module cannot be used as an isolating switch. In order to ensure safety, an air switch must be added in front of the input end of the module for better use.
