(3) Positive blocking peak voltage VPF When the control electrode is open without a trigger signal and the anode forward voltage has not exceeded the conduction voltage, the positive peak voltage applied to both ends of the thyristor can be repeated. The peak forward voltage of the thyristor must not exceed the parameter value given in the manual.

(4) To maintain the current IH at a specified temperature, the control electrode is open to maintain the anode forward current required for the thyristor to conduct.

(5) The control electrode trigger current Ig1 and the trigger voltage VGT are the required control electrode current and voltage when a certain voltage is applied between the anode and the cathode under the specified ambient temperature. .
