Coat the surface of the module's heat-conducting base plate and the surface of the heat sink evenly with a layer of heat-conducting silicone grease, and then fix the module to the heat sink with four screws. Do not tighten the fixing screws at a time. Then, until it is firm, the bottom of the module is in close contact with the surface of the heat sink.
